UCLA Russian Flagship Program

UCLA Accepting Applications for Fall 2008 -- anticipated deadline January, 2008.

The UCLA Slavic Department offers the Russian Flagship Program under the auspices of the National Security Education Program (NSEP)/National Flagship Language Initiative (NFLI) to address the critical need for U.S. professionals to speak, read, understand, and write Russian at the highest levels of functional proficiency.
