Applications

Eligibility

The UCLA Russian Flagship welcomes applications from UCLA students at all levels of Russian language proficiency. Program participants include students who are studying Russian as a foreign or second language and heritage speakers, i.e., students who grew up in Russian-speaking families in the United States.

Admissions

Applications are submitted on line. Students may apply to Flagship at any time. Students with questions should contact Kathryn Paul (see coordinates on the right).

Flagship Student Support for Summer and Overseas Study

Limited funds are available for summer domestic and overseas study. To request support, please fill out the Flagship scholarship request form, which will be available in early 2013. Applications are due on April 15, 2013.
