Exchanges and Linkages
Among its other responsibilities, the UCLA International Institute has central responsibility at the University for the signing and administration of exchange and linkage agreements with foreign universities. It maintains such formal written agreements with many universities throughout the world, on behalf not only of its own immediate faculty and affiliated research centers and programs, but for all other UCLA departments and units. Below are some stories about this work.
If you are a faculty member contemplating establishing an exchange agreement with a foreign university, please consult UCLA Policy 980 in the link at the upper right, which outlines the requirements of such agreements and provides the required University forms, which must be submitted to the Vice Provost of the UCLA International Institute before your agreement can be finalized.
