May 2015UCLA European Campaign launches with Chancellor's Tea

Over 70 alumni, friends, parents and students attended the Chancellor's Tea in London on December 14, 2014. The event, which officially launched the UCLA European Campaign, was a special opportunity to thank European donors and alumni volunteers for their invaluable support of UCLA. A primary focus of the European Campaign will be to support student scholarships for international study. In addition to receiving campus updates from Chancellor Block and Vice Provost for International Studies and Global Engagement Cindy Fan, attendees were treated to tours of the event venue, Two Temple Place — an extraordinary neo-Gothic mansion built by William Waldorf Astor in the late nineteenth century.
