The Korean Cultural Center, Los Angeles presents "The Charm of Korean Cuisine"-a cultural event that will offer sample tasting and lectures on the Korean traditional food.
Renowned Korean food expert and director of The Institute of Korean Food, Sook-Ja Yoon, will be giving a lecture and workshop on the nutritional value and taste of Korean cuisine followed by a tasting of a variety of delectable dishes. The purpose of this event is to make known the outstanding health benefits as well as the great flavor of Korean food.
