ICC Considers Criminalizing Aggression

Today's Los Angeles Times features an op-ed by David Kaye, executive director of the International Human Rights Program at the UCLA School of Law, on a consideration before the International Criminal Court that would amend its statute to allow the court to exercise jurisdiction over the crime of aggression.
