Call for papers
The joint organizing committee of the Berkeley-Stanford Graduate Student Conference in Modern Chinese Humanities invites currently enrolled graduate students at any institution to submit paper proposals for its second annual event on April 22-23, 2011 at Stanford University.

We encourage interdisciplinary scholarship within and between literary and cultural studies, cultural history, art history, film and media studies, musicology and sound studies, as well as the interpretative social sciences.
Conference registration is free; conference presenter lodging at Stanford will be provided by the organizers. Please submit a single-spaced 300-word paper proposal and a short bio via email to John Groschwitz <jgroschwitz@stanford.edu>.
