Rationale : Expose students to the diverse and unique cultures of Africa.

Lesson Objective : Students will be able to appreciate the diverse and unique cultures of Africa; to understand the cultural underpinnings of certain rituals, ceremonies, and art forms indigenous to Africa; to compare and contrast American customs with African customs.
