Prof. John Agnew wins awards

John Agnew, professor of geography, was given the 2006 Distinguished Scholarship Award by the Association of American Geographers at its annual meeting in Chicago last month.

Also, his book "Hegemony: The New Shape of Global Power (Temple University Press, 2005) has been named an Outstanding Academic Title for 2005 by Choice, the magazine of the American Library Association.
