Gopal Guru is a professor at the Centre from Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, in New Delhi. His research interests are on Indian Politics and contemporary social and political theory. He has published on issues of equality, social justice and dignity. His most recent work is on Humiliation: claims and Context published by Oxford University Press.
