Colloquium with WEI PAN (School of International Studies, Peking University) and MINXIN PEI (Carnegie Endowment for International Peace).

 

Wei Pan (Ph.D. , Political Science, UC Berkeley, 1996) is Associate Professor in the School of International Studies at Peking University. Professor Pei is a specialist in comparative politics, Chinese politics, and theories of international relations. 

Minxin Pei (Ph.D., Political Science, Harvard) is a Senior Associate in the Democracy and Rule of Law Project at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Among Dr. Pei's publications is From Reform to Revolution: The Demise of Communism in China and the Soviet Union (Harvard University Press, 1994).
