Tea culture in China has a two thousand year history. The Chinese tea ceremony long predates the Japanese ceremony. Tea culture is currently enjoying a renaissance in urban centers in Taiwan and China and has also come to America's shopping malls.

Jimmy Huang -- owner of eight West Coast tea shops -- will discuss the history of tea, its varieties, processing, lore, and the traditional ceremony.
