How to Search the UCLA Library Catalog for C-J-K Materials
A hands-on seminar
Thursday, November 13, 2008
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Both of the hands-on seminar sessions will emphasize the basic skills involved in searching Chinese, Japanese and Korean materials in the online catalog, and both will have the same content. Each session will start with an introduction to the collections and the services offered by the Library, and then, using hands-on exercises, will help users understand how to search for and access the Chinese, Japanese and Korean collections in the Library. Seminar participants are expected to have the basic skills necessary to search English materials in the online catalog.
