Kwei-Bo Huang isy Associate Professor of Diplomacy at National Chengchi University (NCCU) in Taipe. He is Founding Director of the Center of Foreign Policy Studies at NCCU, as well as Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the China Studies Program, Johns Hopkins University. He was an adjunct researcher at the National Strategic Studies Institute (NSSI) of the ROC National Defense University in 2001-2002. His most recent publication is an co-edited volume with Jacob Bercovitch and Chung-chian Teng, Conflict Management, Security and Intervention in East Asia: Third Party Mediation in Regional Conflict (London: Routledge, 2008).
