A Spring Festival of World Music:  Bali and West Africa
Hammer Museum, 2 - 5 pm
2 pm - Music of Bali Ensemble, I Nyoman Wenten and Nanik Wenten, co-directors, featuring fast-tempo Gamelan music and costumed dance.
 
3:30 pm - Music of West Africa Ensemble, Kobla Ladzekpo, director, featuring music and social dances of the Ewe people of Ghana and Togo, the Fon of Benin, and the Ashanti of Ghana.
