About the Program
This webinar, another in the Nazarian Center-Tel Aviv University law school series covering legal issues in Israel, will examine the development of Israel’s constitutional order through its relationship with the Palestinian-Arab minority. It traces the constitutional commitment to equality, how that commitment has shifted over time, and how questions of equality and discrimination have both shaped—and been shaped by—Israel’s evolving constitutional framework.
