At this site, you can:

• find information regarding your current benefit package

Employees can also:

• change their address
• begin and change 403b contributions
• change W-4 withholdings.

Extension Classes:

UCLA employees receive a 25% discount on all Extension Courses.  In order to enroll you will need to:

• fill out the Reduced Enrollment Fee Form. (https: //www.uclaextension.edu/Pages/str/PDFs/ucla_staff_discount_form.pdf)
• visit the UCLA Extension (https: //www.uclaextension.edu/Pages/default.aspx) site and enroll online, by phone, or in person.
