1. Download and install Box Drive from Box's website: https://www.box.com/resources/downloads.
2. When signing in, for the Email Address, put your UCLA Logon with @ucla.edu added, such as jbruin@ucla.edu. Click Next.
3. It should bring up the UCLA login page where you can sign in normally.
4. Once you are done logging in, you will be able to access all of your Box files and folders from your computer easily. Open File Explorer on Windows or Explorer on Mac and Box should appear on the left sidebar. Click on it to be able to access your Box files. Double-click any files to open them on your desktop. After editing, make sure to Save before closing the document.
