UCLA International Institute commencement address 2019

Former U.S. Ambassador to Argentina Noah Mamet (UCLA 1992) delivers commencement address to the UCLA International Institute's Class of 2019.

The UCLA International Institute held its commencement ceremony on June 15, 2019, at Royce Hall.

Vice Provost Cindy Fan welcomes Institute students and their families, then introduces commencement speaker Noah Mamet, former U.S. ambassador to Argentina. Mamet earned a B.A. in political science from UCLA in 1992.
