Kishore Mahbubani, Singapore's former UN Ambassador and Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, addresses the rise of Asia in the 21st Century in a talk titled "Can America Handle the Challenge?". The Hon. Mahbubani came to UCLA on February 19, 2009 to also celebrate the release of his book The New Asian Hemisphere: The Irresistible Shift of Global Power to the East.
