The Burkle Center encourages program alumni to stay in touch and keeps a record of alumni in hopes of:

• facilitating communication between Burkle Center Intern alumni, students and UCLA;
• promote educational, professional and social interaction among Burkle Center Intern alumni, students and and UCLA;
• support Burkle Center Intern Alumni, students, faculty and staff—individually and collectively—in their academic and professional pursuits; and, 
• fostering partnerships among Burkle Center Intern alumni, students, University faculty and staff and the greater international community, business community, general public and potential students
