To link an article to other articles that are related, you should first locate the source article on the article editor table; click the Related Articles link under the Action menu.

Here, in the second section, you can search for the related articles by Center/program, Article Type, Title keyword or Article ID number. You can also search using Filter by Subject and Filter by Region options, or you can display Only Published articles on the search results.

Once you narrow down your search and locate the related articles, click Add to List. This will carry the particular article to the related articles table above. You can assign other articles the same way.

On this table, you can Edit each article, or Remove them individually. After you save the list, you can reorder your list. Do not forget to click Save List Order when you are done editing this table.

When you go back to the main articles table and locate your source article, you can see the number of related articles you just assigned to our source article in parentheses in the link.

Finally, for instance, in the International Institute website design, related articles are listed under Related Stories section on the right hand side. This box and its title may change in different center website designs, according to how they were configured.
