How to preview and share the link to a webform
To preview a webform on Webtools, locate the webform on the webform table by using the search function and click Preview under the Action column on webforms table. The look and feel of the webform you see is what is selected as Website Theme in the Basic Information section of the Add/Edit Webform page.
You may need the link to a webform for distribution, previewing the layout, or showing it to colleagues, etc. You can find the link in the Link field under the Basic Information section on the Add/Edit Webform page. This is a shortened link to the actual webform. You can always use the longer version which you will find in the URL bar while viewing the webform itself.

How to link a webform to an event
If the webform you are creating is associated with an event in Webtools, you may want to link it to that event. Find the event ID and copy and paste it to Event ID field in the Basic Information section. Doing this makes an RSVP button automatically appear on the UCLA International Institute events page as well as your center/program's events page and the display event page (this may vary according to your center/program's website design).
Alternatively, if you wish to create a new webform linked to a particular Webtools event, you can locate the event in the Event Editor and click on Add New Webform in the Action column. This will take you to the Webform Editor with the correct event ID pre-populated in the Event ID field.
