To link an event to other events that are related, you should first locate the source event on the event editor table; click the Related Events link in the Action column.

Here, in the second section, you can search for related events by Center/program, Event Type, Title keyword or Event ID number. Once you narrow down your search and locate the related events, click Add to List. This will carry the particular event to the related events table above. You can assign other events the same way.

On this table, you can Remove each event, or you can reorder your list. Do not forget to click Save List Order after editing this table.

When you go back to the main events table and locate your source event, you can see the number of related events you just assigned to your source event in parentheses in the link.

Finally, for instance, in the Terasaki Center for Japanese Studies website design, related events are listed under a Related Center Events section on the right hand side. This box and its title may change in different center website designs, according to how they were configured.
